As Ryder Landscape Consultants celebrate their 10 year anniversary the company looks back over its achievements and forwards to new projects and professional goals.
Over the past decade Ryder Landscape has established a focused team specialising in Landscape Architecture. The team has grown and diversified over the years to provide advice and consultation on Landscape Planning matters, Project Management, and BIM Coordination.
Working over a range of sectors Ryder’s portfolio includes public realm design, water and environmental projects, new schools and coastal regeneration schemes, historical restoration, and commercial developments.
Some of Ryder’s selected projects include designing the entrance at Chester Zoo, Colwyn Bay Water Sport Hotspot, Morpeth Flood Alleviation Scheme, Mapledurham Primary School in Reading and the public realm design for a new hotel scheme in Gibraltar.
Since 2014 Ryder’s have been investing and developing their BIM capabilities, and the practice has delivered a number of BIM level 2 projects. The collaborative approach of BIM has enabled us as Landscape Architects to develop a strong and valued position within the design process. We now design schemes completely in Revit that enables us to share proposals with other disciplines and clients in 3D as play a greater part in the design development process.
Stuart Ryder is a P2C examiner for the Landscape Institute and the practice has a successful history of supporting staff through their P2C.
Ryder Landscape Consultants are always interested in hearing from creative and dynamic Landscape Architects. If you would like to find out more about the company visit our website www.ryderlandscape.co.uk, check our twitter page @RyderLandscape or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
